Site Privacy Notice
Last updated: August 10, 2026
This notice describes how the site apps.inmottion.mx (the “Site”) handles the personal data you provide when using its forms. It is separate from each application’s privacy policy: the portfolio apps process information on your device as described in their own policy; this document covers only what happens on the website.
The key point in one sentence: we only collect your email when you choose to sign up to try an app on Android, and we use it solely for that (and, if you authorize it, to let you know about new apps). We do not share it with third parties for advertising, nor do we sell it.
1. Data Controller
The party responsible for processing your personal data is:
- Owner: Ricardo Ulises Eslava Ventura
- Address: Apodaca, Nuevo León
- City / jurisdiction: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico
- Privacy contact email: legal@inmottion.mx
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information We Do Not Collect
The Site does not ask for or store:
- Name, surname, or identifying information
- Phone number
- Postal address
- Payment or financial data
- Precise location (GPS)
- Photos or files
- Sensitive data of any kind
We do not use sign-up forms, user accounts, or logins.
2.2 Information We Do Collect
We collect data only when you complete the form to try an app on Android and submit it. At that moment we store:
| Data | What it is | Why we store it |
|---|---|---|
| Email address | The one you type into the form | To add you as a tester for the app and send you the install link |
| App of interest | Identifier of the app you signed up from | To know which test to add you to |
| Notification preference | Whether you checked the optional “new apps” box | To record whether you authorize receiving news about future apps |
| Language | Whether you were using the Spanish or English version of the Site | To reply in your language |
| Technical request identifier | A one-way (cryptographically hashed) value derived from your IP address; we do not store your IP in the clear | To prevent abuse and automated form submissions |
| Browser data | Browser/device type (user agent) and approximate country | Security and abuse prevention |
3. How We Use Information
Primary purposes (necessary for the service you request):
- Add you as a tester for the app on Google Play and deliver the install link.
- Reply to your request by email.
- Protect the form against automated or abusive submissions.
Secondary purpose (only with your explicit consent):
- Send you news about the launch of new portfolio apps. This purpose only applies if you checked the corresponding box. If you did not check it, we will not use your email for this.
You may decline the secondary purpose without it affecting your participation as a tester, and you may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to legal@inmottion.mx.
4. Third Parties We Share Information With
We do not share your email with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. We use the following providers as processors to operate the Site and send emails:
- Supabase, Inc. (United States) — form storage. Policy: https://supabase.com/privacy
- Plus Five Five, Inc. (operator of the “Resend” service, United States) — sending the reply email. Policy: https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Vercel Inc. (United States) — Site hosting. Policy: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-notice
To add you as a tester, your email may be processed within Google Play Console (Google LLC), under Google’s policies: https://policies.google.com/privacy
International data transfer: some of these providers are based outside Mexico (primarily in the United States). By submitting your data, you consent to this transfer for the sole purpose of providing the service described.
5. Your Data Rights
Under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), you have the right to access, rectify, and cancel your data and to object to its processing (ARCO rights), as well as to withdraw your consent.
To exercise them, write to legal@inmottion.mx stating your request. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
In practice:
- Cancellation (deletion): just ask by email; we will remove your record from our database.
- Objection to new-app news: you may ask us to stop sending you news at any time; we will also include an unsubscribe option in every email we send for that purpose.
6. Data Retention
We keep your email for the duration of the app’s testing phase and for a reasonable time to complete your tester enrollment. Once the app is published and the testing phase ends, we delete records that are no longer necessary, unless you authorized receiving news about new apps, in which case we keep your email until you request removal.
7. Children’s Data
The Site is not directed to minors and we do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18. If you believe a minor provided us their email, write to legal@inmottion.mx so we can delete it.
8. Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect your information. The form runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to stored data is restricted. Nonetheless, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Changes to This Notice
We may update this notice to reflect changes to the Site or to regulations. The current version will always be available on this page, with its last-updated date.
10. Acceptance
By submitting your email through the Site’s form, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this privacy notice.
